Established in 1994, NOX Beruházó és Fővállalkozó Zrt. has operated with an unchanged ownership and management structure since 2004, while continuously expanding both its workforce and annual revenue.
Our company provides comprehensive engineering services in the preparation, design, project management, and technical supervision of building construction developments and utility infrastructure projects, with particular expertise in water utility investments.
Our team includes certified architects and civil engineers, mechanical and electrical building services designers, water management engineers, and professionals experienced in BIM-based design methodologies, supported by managers with economic and legal expertise. Our organization also includes technical supervisors across all engineering disciplines, FIDIC engineers, experienced project managers, and investment management professionals. The expertise of our integrated engineering team is further strengthened by an extensive network of specialist consultants and subcontracting partners.
In addition to our project activities, we actively contribute to professional knowledge-sharing and industry representation within the construction sector. We hold leadership responsibilities within the National Federation of Hungarian Construction Contractors, including serving as the presidency of the Engineering Division, while also contributing to the work of the Sustainability Group. We are also privileged to contribute to the educational and continuing professional development activities of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers, and regularly participate in sustainability, construction economics, and professional industry conferences as speakers and organizers.

We provide comprehensive engineering services for building construction and utility infrastructure developments throughout the entire project lifecycle — from preparation and design to project delivery and operational support.
Our services include full-scope technical supervision, project management, and cost consultancy for both building and civil engineering projects across all disciplines. We also perform design reviews and feasibility-oriented technical assessments to support informed investment decisions.
In line with client requirements, we provide design coordination, change and document management, financial and cost control, as well as the coordination of regulatory and utility permitting procedures.
Our project preparation and design activities place strong emphasis on cost estimation, project scheduling, and investment risk analysis. We also prepare feasibility studies, cost- benefit analyses, concept designs, and preliminary budgets.
In addition, we deliver comprehensive and targeted quality assurance services for ongoing and completed construction projects.

Our company’s core areas of expertise include the comprehensive engineering support of building construction developments, as well as the preparation and design of utility infrastructure projects, with particular focus on water utility investments. Part of our assignments are delivered for state and municipal clients through public procurement procedures, while other projects are carried out for private-sector investors and developers.
